  4. Great Service at Lowes Home Improvement in High Point, NC. I’d been visiting many websites and making dozens of calls, looking for a particular product. Most of the calls ended when I hung up after being forgotten for 10-15 minutes and/or transferred within the stores to different departments and then forgotten. But at Lowes, the associate (Amy) who answered the phone took the time to walk all the way (probably to the other end of the store) to look for the product, since the regular department staff was at lunch.

  5. Just left the lowes in Panama City, I always find great selection and usually a lower price than the guys across the street. It is always fun to see what is new on the market, and the service is friendly and knowledgeable.

  7. Survey ID: 20897 0772 145 Purchased red mulch May 25. No one there to open the packs or put bags in car. I was furious. Impossible to get to this survey. Am using this method. Shame on Lowes!

His patience and knowledge demonstrating me how to repair my sprinkler system and buying the right parts for the job on hand are very valuable.
