I’ve been shopping at Kroger for many years, the stores are clean and the employees are very friendly and helpful

Store located in Denison is mostly clean and i almost always find what i need. The checking lanes need to be faster and more checkers to meet the demand of the store.

I have shopped in Ralphs Markets for a number of years. I have always found the stores to be clean, employees VERY helpful and the items priced right. I especially appreciate the coupons mailed to me by Ralphs which are based on my purchases. That is a very smart marketing tactic.

my wife died this past december and i had never been grocery shopping before i tried several stores and then went to krogers. shopping there seemed easier everything was well laid out and easy to find i trust that im getting the best prices and the empolyees at the richland, miss. store are very helpful

I shop at Ralphs as, for the most part, their store brand items are superior.
And, the store is very close to my home, which is a very good combination for an old broad like me.

I love shopping at Kroger,the store is always clean and neat. I love the coupons they mail to you,sometimes even free groceries. I love the Kroger brand banana Popsicles and the staff is always nice and friendly.

I had a great experience at your store in Green Hills in Nashville Tennessee tonight 6-24-13. I needed a fruit basket at 6 P.M. The person who normally worked in that area was not in and it seemed that no one else had worked that area. The store manager, Justin Adams , came over to see if he could help me. Not only did he come over to help, he actually put the fruit basket together and made sure other employees watched to see how it was done. I was impressed with his “can do” attitude and how he had other in the area watch. Congratulations to Mr. Adams for his help and leadership at the store. You are so lucky to have him there.

I have shopped at Our small town here in Kentucky for many, many years. I would not think of going anywhere else. We have a Super Walmart and a Sav-A-Lot I wouldn’t even begin to go to the grocery at either store. When you go there you are on your own and just a face in a crowd. After getting the groceries then you proceed to the check out like a herd of cattle into a coral and wait for about 45minutes to an hour to get out with what ou just put in you buggy and paying your hard earned money. TOTAL different story at Kroger. You are treated like family when you go thru the door with smiles and people that know you personally and visa versa. If you can’t find something they help if you reach something they help get it for you and a SMILE goes a long way!!!!!Everyone from the stock guys and gals to the meat department to the nice gentlemen in the dairy department who helps find odd cheeses that I am looking for to the fine ladies in the Deli with their smiles and chit chat about everyday things to the Kind people at the check out !!!This woman would not go Any Place but to Krogers… Thank you for giving us a wonderful store to shop in.

I have used Kroger Market for my weekly shopping since I moved to Raleigh several years ago. Your employees are helpful and considerate. I take advantage of shopping on Tuesday so that I may receive the senior discount. Thank you!

Our Krogers is on E. Thompson Lane..we enjoy shopping there.everyone is very friendly and helpful..one our favorite Cashiers is Maureen, she has a great personality and always gets us checked out very quickly…..

I have been shopping at krogers for a long time I get my best deals there and love krogers there is no other store around that has workers asking you if you found everything your looking for I have so much respect for the employees and the manager and will continue to buy everything I need there thank you so much.

I shop at the King Soopers at Elizabeth and Taft Hill Rd in Fort Collins, Co. I occasionally purchase flowers, and every once in a while a helium balloon. I think those in corporate should be aware that the best experience is to shop at King Soopers before a holiday like Valentine’s Day or Easter. The store is exploding with flowers! The bright colors, the smell and this huge variety. It is obvious that the flower department has spent a lot of time and energy in preparation for the events. I don’t want to tell you your business, but some one needs to photograph the flower displays and use them as examples for other King Sooper stores.
I don’t know if the same person who is in charge of the floral department also runs the summer flowers/garden displays. But now that it is summer, it is a joy to look at all the flowers and arrangements at the entrance of the store. I don’t know how you are doing it, but you seem to have some very talented and qualified people working at your store, I hope you let them know how much they are appreciated.

Stephanie, the pharmacy tech, refunded me for my diabetes monitor with a coupon that she gave me. She was very friendly and helpful!!!! Also, when I visited the store in Pickerington, Ohio on Rt. 256 today, everyone was so helpful and friendly. I have always loved this store due to their employees. Allison is a young lady who was a bagger and helping with carts. When I fractured my ankle in December she was so helpful by getting me a motorized cart without me even asking for it. Then she took my groceries to my car and unloaded them. Knowing that I had no one at home to help me, she offered to go home and help me unload my groceries. Jenny, one of the managers, took my first cart and set it aside and offered to have someone help me shop. Later, she found me in an aisle and checked to see if I was doing alright. Upon checkout, she helped me unload groceries to the counter and made sure I was taken care of before I left. I LOVE this Kroger and their employees!! More stores should have customer service like them!!!

Shopping at Kroger is always a delight. They have so many affordable items I can’t find at any other grocery stores. They carry the yogurt made from coconut milk that I eat every day and I love their Kroger brand Northern Cherry sorbet!!! Yummy!

My only conviction is to take more time while shopping in Kroger, I was in a hurry, had a migraine and left my bag at the checkout, never done it before, I got a call from Alex, so relieved that it was spotted by the right person and was taken to their booth, I appreciate their prompt action, they called me and I went straight down to pick it up, a big PHEW, Thank you Kroger

I have been a regular customer my whole life. Kroger has always been a wonderfull shopping experience even as a child. Kroger has always prided their self in good customer sevice, as well as good quality products. The staff at kroger has always been friendly as well proffesional and that always makes a pleasant shopping experience and i hope to see kroger around for many years to come.
