The service was excellent at the Red Deer Chapters Store #00924. The merits of the product, the return policy and service available were all explained fully.
We shop at store #00910 almost every week and have received excellent service every time. The store is always very well organized and presented.
I enjoy walking to Chapters ,having a coffee at Starbucks and buying a Globe and Mail and maybe an Investor’s Digest and or a book. Staff are prompt and friendly.
I love this place very much! I love it that it has a coffee shop inside. I could spend money from this store, and loves to browse lots of stuff – big or little other than books. Everything looks pleasant. I love the lay-out of the store and it looks and feel welcoming for customers like me.

I absolutely adore Indigos! There books are always in perfect condition, and there customer service is very helpful. All there stores are where I do most of my Christmas shopping. It also happens to be the place where my friends, and I go to look at there wonderful book selection. If this store had to be rated out of five stars it has definitely earned five! 🙂
