  1. I’m just outside after eating at Golden Corral #966 in Toledo.
    Not sure if you provide uniform shirts but your baker, in constant and plain site, was wearing a very dirty shirt and it really was disgusting.
    While typing this out I saw two more employees arriving and their shirts were filthy too. Makes me wonder what the kitchen looks like and how sanitary the food preparation areas are.
    I won’t be back. Where’s the manager?

  2. Had a “quickie”-dinner at your store # 0585,…. food was good,…but the “hot” bar was missing some items (or very low – must have been popular!) The new “Caribbean menu” (esp. the steak) was excellent. Could use a few more “diabetic” desserts for those of us whom aren’t on insulin yet! Otherwise,…very good (as usual)!

  3. My family and I had dinner at rest # 0941 and the server we had was fantastic her name was heather. She stayed on top of everything and the food was great. Thanks again and we will return and look for you to serve us again heather.

  4. Myself and my boyfriend ate at the Golden Corral #0743 in Hoover, Al.The food was not pleasing to my appetite, the food was lukewarm. The server Bunny did not show up until we were finish with our food.

  5. Just ate dinner with my gf. At store 2615. Was so happy to go to the new store. Never again! Food was Luke warm and i wasn’t sure where one dish stopped and the next started. Food was on the floor and buffet tables. Plates had food stuck to them. After 3 yes 3 plates I found a clean one to hand to my gf. How embarrassing! I though to my self at least they have a wonder fall! And to my disgust! The marsh mallows were pre dipped. Or I Gess slopped. And the strawberries had brown spots! Let me get this straight they start life as green then when they are mature there red! Brown? That must be next. I’ve never seen a brown strawberrie served to a customer. Saddly ex customer!!

  6. ate at store 2576 in wichita kansas.. food was cold.. salad bar had wilted lettuce and was terrible.. i had to ask several times for coffee… then the server was gone. never to be seen again by customers… other staff were standing and standing and standing in the coffee/water/tea area,, i tried to get there attention to obtain more coffee but not successful..will not be back..enough..

  7. My wife and I visited store #615 in Fort Pierce, Florida where we always have a pleasant dining experience. Our servers name was Leslye and she did a very good job clearing our plates and refreshing our drinks. The food delicious as usual. The hot foods were hot and the cold were cold. The dishes and silverware were clean! Very important to us!! We dine at this location often and recommend to all of our friends.

  8. We ate at your Boardman store today. The food, as a whole, was good. Some items were cold, and in short supply. This, we can deal with. My complaint was watching a server, wipe the seats/chairs clean, then use the SAME cloth to clean the table off. This is a very disturbing practice. The place looked very clean, but I think it would be best to advise your staff to change their methods.

    Hampton, Virginia. Monica, Theresa, Penny and Stephen all does outstanding work exemplary of Golden Corral’s mission statement and goals. I observe my server, Monica consistently perform on a professional level while making all of her guest feel welcome at all times. Her commitment and dedication makes this store my preference for dining out. Monica has the wisdom and the drive to perform on a promoted level. I recommend an increase in pay and promotion.

  10. We ate at your store#0844 today.While we were dinning at your store your Dist.Mgr came in to check the store .We notice him flipping spoons stiring soup all this in disguest. Just a side note no hair net or rubber gloves. we watched him stick his head under the small glass were my wife was just servied eggs.This guy had to turn his head side ways to get his head in that tight spot . then called the mgr out front to tell her something was burning .then made her hunt for it . we ask for a full refund .

  11. Golden Corral is the #1 place that I perfer to eat, they have everything that any other restaurant have. I love lots of vegetables and they have them all you can eat and are freshly cooked. The service is alway with a smile, and the floors, tables are always clean, as soon as you finish and start leaving your table, the waitresses are clearing and cleaning up for anothere customer. The management and staff are are some of the best in the business. Keep up the good work, Job Well Done!

  12. My husband and I just ate at store #0743 in Hoover Al. The food was great! Our waitress, Teresa was awesome! Golden Corral so much better than Ryan’s. The only thing I have to say about the desserts ( positive feedback ) is I wished there were diabetic desserts. I am not on insulin, but I do take medication twice a day to manage my sugar levels. I did have a small bite or two of the dessert, but I would’ve much rather ate it all. 🙂 overall, 2 thumbs up!!

  13. My husband and I went to Golden Corral #0945 in Houston, Texas on yesterday, April 14th. I was very impressed by the Manager (Carlos). He was everywhere, pitching in wherever there was a need. If I worked with him I would be proud to recognize him as my manager. He was very aware of his customer as well as the service rendered. We will be returning to the location not only for the food but to watch Carlos in action.

  14. Just ate at a Golden Corral in the Tanger Outlet in North Myrtle Beach, it was ‘aight. My waitress was a young lady named Amanda and she told me to do this.

Well just left the restaurant like 20 minutes but I love the strawberries with chocolate there jumy then I have the spice chicken wings and besides that all the the food it’s to good, but let me told you my wife and I we always came back so I don’t have to tell you more about it, Thank you for what you are doing to be better.

  18. I have been going to this Golden Corral Buffet for a vary long time and we love it. The staff is always nice and the management is vary nice has well . They make us feel like family . thank you Golden Corral Staff in management.
