i like walgreens store. cause they are nice to you. and they help you when you need help. i like that they have a drive thru. when its raining or snowing its nice that you don’t have to get out to get your pills.
I am a loyal shopper at Walgreens on Hastings Way in Eau Claire,Wi because.. I am greeted when I walk in by Laurie and Jackie.. These two ladies are so friendly and helpful.. they seem like old friends.. then I go by the cosmetics department an find more dear friends when I am assisted by Janette and Becky.. these ladies spent so much time with me when I found out I was allergic to paraben.. it was really nice to have someone look so hard for products that I could use. I have to tell you the staff in the pharmacy are just wonderful too.. so helpful and friendly.. the pharmacists are so helpful.. especially Jim .. he always makes me laugh as he has a very funny sense of humor.. thank you to you good people for making it so pleasant when I shop at Walgreens.
I like walgreens because the place is allways clean and in order and the people who work for walgrens is always frienly I will return every saturday

I recently went to Walgreen’s in Kansas City, Mo and saw an excellend display of “kindness, patience, compassion and selfless service” by one of the store associates. Her name was Neisha. She wen out of her way to help an elderly man at the counter. It’s wasn’t all about what she did but, how she did it. Someone could have easily taken advantage of this man fumbling through his wallet and the hard part was that he couldn’t hear one word she was asking him. She took her time to take care of him and make sure everything was right with his purchase. I want to recognize a good person with a wonderful heart, excellent customer service skills and very professional. After the completed my transaction I then informed her manager Amanda who was very proud of what she did and how she did it because, it was a very difficult situation and she handled it marvelously. Neisha is the reason I had a excellent experience at Walgreens on Prospect and Linwood in Ksansas City, Mo today. Neisha you are awesome! You set the standard and raised the bar. Great job. Excellent customer service.
