I just love pier 1. So many items to chooose from and i find their prices to be reasonable. Every time I go back, i find something new that i “have to have” for the house. Pier 1 is my “go to” store for our home.
My experience today at the Pier I store at the Mall of Georgia was awesome- the employee went the extra mile to make my experience extraordinary – She succeeded…..She made suggestions – went on-line – found my idea at another location. She was delightful.
i love pier1. i find great gifts and things that fit my indoor and outdoor needs perfectly (at great prices…love the sales and rewards!! I did have a couple of bad experiences with staff members. I keep going back because I like the store and usually seek the assistance for sales associates who have been around for a while who are knowledgeable and provide great assistance.
Your stores are so cheerful and inviting ……….whether I’m looking for a special gift or something for my own home I can always count on finding that unique ‘it’ at Pier 1. Your staff are very helpful in all of the stores I have visited which is always pleasant. I visited the Pier1 store at 8315 SW Jack Burns Blvd, Wilsonville, OR on 7-15-13 and again on 7-20-13. On both occasions I was assisted by two wonderful employees named Morgan and Unique. They were friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Both my wife and I love shopping at Pier1 due to the amazing selection of products that you have, and the assistance we receive from salespersons like Morgan and Unique make the experience even more satisfying!

I love to shop at pier 1 ..So much to choose from and the salespeople are always so helpful and friendly. I make a trip almost weekly to see whats new. There are so many things I would like to buy.

My experience at Pier 1 was great! I called earlier to check if the store had a bookshelf that I saw online, which they did. So, I drove over and purchased it. I received much help from personel there. Lisa, Bobbie and Elaine were exceptional and I was quite impressed! Thank you for the good experience!
