Joyce in the construction department at Home Depot in Montgomery Alabama is the fastest most knowledgeable and courteous person ever encountered in a commercial department store. She’s very serious about her business and getting a person out as quick as possible. She told me exactly which aisle and where to find my item that I needed . And gave me one of the best sausage cheese biscuits I’ve ever eaten. now I know why Home Depot stock has passed Lowes and of course I’m going to buy a few thousand shares myself. While shopping at the Home Depot store in Matteson, Il, I found it to be a pleasant experience, there was always someone to diect my questions to as to where items were located. The cashier named Rhonda #RMJ0091 was especially helpful in comparing prces and helping me to get more for my money and the same quality product, thank you for a pleasant experience where I didn’t have to jog ovr the whole to fine one item, again thank you.

We had a great experence with the Redmond Oregon Home Depot today. we had to find a broom for our grandson and they had it.
the lumber / building dept (21-22) looks like no one cares how it it is stocked or how neat it is . The quality of the lumber is so bad it took me 2 trips to get the lumber I needed due to the quality was so so low what was there was not good enough for framing. The lumber aisle looked liked pick up sticks. Did get great help from Rob plumbing , Nancy and Harvey
Whitney C at the Hawthorne location on Ocean Gate is a breathe of fresh air. Her concern for the customer is spontaneous and sincere. I’ve been impressed with excellent service and always take the time to advise management (personally and in writing) of the stellar employees within their organization that makes the company look so good!
Whitney C is not only responsive to the customer’s needs but advocates for each customer. Her good nature and efficiency clearly sets her apart from the rest. She not only deserves a promotion but can play a vital role in training and development to set new standards of performance for the organization.

Paola in the paint department at the De Anza Home Depot was VERY helpful. I had two gallons of brown paint that was too green. I had brought them to the Santa Cruz Home Depot and they were not able to correct the color. But, Paola fixed it with no problem. I am very grateful she was able to fix the color, since the two gallons of Behr paint (with primer in it) was very expensive. THANK YOU PAOLA!!
Home depot is my store that has helped me improve my home and accomplished all projects. when something breaks in my home I grab my keys and directly to home depot i go without a thought or having to think where to go i know for the best quality and customer service I go to home depot.

Home Depot is my home improvement store. Everything I have needed is there and the employees are knowledgeable and courteous. Also my house looks great…everything from the Behr paint to the carpet to appliances and fixtures. Home Depot is the best!
I really love to visit Home Depot. I live on the upper west side, and every time I can, go to the store located downtown and the one located on 3rd Avenue. When I renovated my apt. about 6 years ago, I was there, with my two friends, all the time This is a fine store where you can find anything and everything you want.
