The one stop total homecare in one spot! I have shopped there for years! Thank you Home Depot for being there through my home’s renovation.

My husband and I had the pleasure of going to the south portland store today. We were looking for a grill and a patio set. We were fortunate enough to have been greeted by Jessica. She was pleasant, funny and informative. She explained the process of the purchase efficiently. It was a pleasure working with her.

Homedepot is great store for solving house maintenance problem. I hope there is a help desk to answer customer’s problems, even just putting a help computer customer can reach to find out where the items are. These days every store helpers are moving around, so it takes time to get help.

My daughter and I went to the Home Depot on 4159 FM 1960 6/23/13 to the electrical department John patiently helped her with the lighting she needed. The customer before us had his undivided attention as well and I liked that. We need more workers like John. Thank You

I had the pleasure of being help by Tuck while purchasing blinds. On june 28 2013 my grandson and i where at home depot in portland orogan. The staf was vary courteous. I am a 75 year old woman with back problems thay brought me a chear and 1 clerk got an electric cart for me and showed me how to use it. All the staff was friendly and helpfull. thank you very much.

I priced Lowe’s lumber and material costs against Home Depot straight across. Home Depot materials
cost less and were of equal or superior quality. And when I could not find something, I asked one of the
Home Depot folks and they either took me to my material or gave directions that led me to the material
I wanted. I will make Home Depot my first stop when I am looking to make home improvements.

I attended at your store on July 4 to purchase two padlocks. On entering your store a saw a salesperson and asked him where I could find the lock section. He pointed to an area on the other side of the store, but he must have seen some form of an expression on my face b/c he said, “I’ll take you there. Follow me.” He did. I saw. I bought. I submit that his actions went beyond and above the call of duty for giving assistance, and I really appreciated his help.

Thanks to Bruce, Corvallis store. He was so helpful and offered me such good advise. Also he told me to come back if there was a problem.

Home Depot Hawthorne has employees with high character. On Jun 28, I accidently lost an envelope in the store with $3000 in it. I went crazy! I was to use the cash to pay for my son and his coworkers who where working on my house. A customer asked me what was I searching for ? I said an envelope with a large amount of cash. The lady said, I’ll say a prayer that someone turn it in. The next day , I called the store, the manager said if you can describe the envelope and type of bill denominations, an employee found it and turned it in to lost and found. Later the money was returned to me and I met that employee …his name was Mike Williams. I thanked him and said he answered my prayer! Williams is a true Good Samaritian- Sincerely John Schrader

My husband and me bought a house 3 years ago, and we have to fix a lot of things, hopefully a Home Depot Store is near, only 3 miles away, and since the fisrt day , we go, almost every week, to the store , sometimes more than one day, to by something that we need, and all the time we get what we are looking for, . Then a young gentleman named chad helped with everything else. i can’t remember everyone’s name but i tell you ( everyone) in the store was the upmost helpful and everyway. we were asked by at lease 8 employee’s if they could help us. they even walked with us to the merchandise. i just wanted to say ”thank you”’ home depot lake city fl, you have all my buisness and everyone else i can bring with me. I was in your Clifton Park, NY store on Friday, July 5th and was very pleased with the people you have working there. When I entered the store I was greeted by a very nice gentleman and he told me where to find the iteim I was looking for. I went to the airconditioners and found just what I wanted. There was a young man named Joe who helped me with my purchase. He also checked the item out and then btought it to my car and put it in the trunck. I spoke with the assistant manger, Rick, and told him how helpful your staff is. I thought you should also know the wonderful people you have working at the Clifton Park Store.
