  1. We went to Best Buy in New Hartford, New York today and purchased a Canon Digital Camera. Both the store manager Matt L. and the camera expert Seth M. were fantastic! They were friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and explained everything we wanted to know and many other things that we did not know enough to ask. In short they were grrrrrrrreat!!!

  2. I had service on my computer done by Gary at the Danvers, Massachusetts, Best Buy the past few days. Gary did a fabulous job of repairing the problem with my computer. I have taken my computers to Gary many times over the years at this store. He has been fantastic!!!! He has great technical knowledge and he uses his expertise in a very dedicated way to find out the problem and to fix it. He has a very high level of customer satisfaction focus. He is very warm and caring about the customers and their computer problems. He makes me feel very reassured that he will find and resolve the computer problems. Gary is a tremendous asset to the Danvers Geek Squad and is the reason I have referred many people to utilize the Danvers Best Buy Geek Squad for any computer problems.

  4. I was at the Perrysburg Best Buy Store on 9-19-2013′ I bought a hp notebook and a Nikon DSLR camera that day. Vedell was a friendly and very nice guy, you are lucky to have him in your employ.Chascine I did not meet, but the notebook works great, and I just Love it. I also bought a new lens for my camera. Very satisfied with all I came into contact with on that day. Thank you Brenda W. P.S. Sam and John were also great. Sam seemed to really know facts about the Nikon Camera and went the extra mile for me as I have a problem standing very long cause of osteoarthritis, she got me a chair, now how many employees would go that extra mile for me. I have never had that happen before.John was also very pleasant when I was trying to decide which notebook to purchase. Please let all involved how much I appreciate their help with those idems.   9. I went to Bestbuy at Cascade Station in Portland, OR this past weekend. Sasha (146739) helped me. She went above and beyond to do a great job I would go back and have her definifely help me again. She was so knowledgeable and nice!

  10. Went to Best Buy in Albuquerque # 223 looking at cameras… Paul came over to assist me. At first I just wanted to look…he asked a few questions, we started talking why I want a camera or thinking about it. Well… I walked out with a Sony OX 6000… he was a great wealth of information and explained to me all the options available…the best part being he was easy to talk to… I don’t know much about cameras and you could say I was ‘camera shy’ , talking about something I know little about… but he helped me quite a bit and stayed with me through my process… I appreciated his attentiveness and ability to connect with me as a person… not just a sale… I am happy with the decision he helped me make…!

  11. The last 3 or 4 weeks, the CD section at your Bridgeton, MO store is a mess. Sale prices are not displayed and things are all jumbled up.

  14. We bought a dishwasher at the Best Buy store in Springfield, PA. We had the good fortune of the help of John C. to make our purchase. He was very personable, very knowledgeable of the product and made our excursion a pleasant experience. He enabled us to make a decision without any hesitation or hassle. John C. would be a great trainer in customer service programs. John C. is an employee you want to keep, Best Buy.
