- Indicate the type of Sears store your most recent purchase was made at.
- Using your receipt, enter your order number and transaction date.
- Answer questions about your shopping experience with Sears, inducing the delivery method.
- Rate statements about your experience with Sears, including your overall satisfaction and likelihood of recommending Sears to others.
- Give explanations for your ratings as you go through the survey.
- You will then be asked to answer questions about your general shopping habits.
