  1. Hi! I just want to say that today i had the best treat in the store of 116 Bellevue square mall WA 98004, Thank Stephanie you were so kind and professional, …. Thank I always will come back there!

  2. The new Microsoft Store in Oxmoor Mall Louisville is fantastic. Both Neil and Chance have patiently taught me how to use my new Surface, after ten years on an old family computer! They have been very helpful as I learn the basics and getting my Surface setup. I appreciate their professionalism and their ability to realize that buying and transitioning to a new computer does not come naturally to everyone. I have a lot to learn, but am truly happy with my choice!

  3. Thanks Microsoft Store in Chicago Michigan Ave, Sales Associate Mr. Brenton for your time & your kind help on Giving useful information &fixing the minor problem on my new surface computer.

  4. Elaina Yu, Lenox Square Atlanta store, was superb in helping me to recover my hacked PC. She was patient with me and very knowledgeable. I was fearful that I had lost much of my data, and she was able to recover it all, and guide me in resolving all my questions. Thanks a ton, Elaina!

  5. I had a very positive experience with the purchase of my new surface pro3 computer at the downtown Portland Microsoft Store. I visited the store last week and Jack was very helpful in educating me about the different computer options. I cam back the following day and Jack was off; however, Samantha was very helpful and sold me the computer and bundle. I came back the following day with my old computer and Samantha installed all the software and did the initial training. This week I scheduled a tech support/training session with Adam and Jack. They were able to transfer my files and set the computer up mirroring my old computer in addition to training me how to navigate using Window 8.1. A great team effort and great customer experience.

  6. Microsoft store in South Coast Plaza is a great place to shop and get service. I have purchased my PC, Nokia Window cell phone and accessories from this store. Also I purchased personal training courses.
I have greatly benefited from their services. The personnel are great, polite , patient, and very helpful. I highly recommend this store to every one. Go and check for yourself.

  7. The staff, summer camp, and opportunities offered to teacher’s children and, parent’s at the Microsoft Store in Florida Mall Orlando are exceptional. Specific Microsoft staff members such as Nicole (Program Coordinator), Bianca (Summer Camp Instructor for beginners), Tiago (Summer Camp Instructor for intermediates), John (Summer Camp instructor/coding), and Francesca (Instructor for Teachers), where all professional and, patient with participants. Along with knowledge, each instructor brought their own style of excitement. Children, teens, and adults seem to be thoroughly engaged while learning.

Nicole (Program Coordinator) ensured that parents were welcomed and, comfortable while their children participated in the class. Parents and, teachers were well informed about upcoming events and, products that Microsoft offered to make their lives function easier.

Each instructor answered every question that the children, teachers, and parents had regardless of the amount of questions asked. On occasion, an instructor may not have been aware of the answer. By the end of class, the question was answered.

I am well pleased with the service, products, and classes offered to the community by Microsoft. My teenage son stated that he is “Now switching from Apple to Microsoft Products”

    Sincerely,

    Lisa

  8. The staff at the Microsoft Store in the University Town Center, Sarasota, Fl. are all go above and beyond. I am a complete PC illiterate. Ace, Sheldon, Michelle, Janay, Shelia (?), and one other staff member whose name escapes me at this time were all fantastic in taking their time, on different appointments, to help me through all sorts of problems I was lost on. Each of them sat with me and painstakingly made sure that I finally understood what I should be doing and why I should be doing it. Needless to say, it took awhile for each of these great people to get me to “see the light”. I thank each of them for a job well done.

My best to each of you.

    Gerry

  9. The staff at the Microsoft store at Plaza Las Américas in San Juan Puerto Rico is beyond excellent. My husband and I are very pleased with the readiness in which they assist, impressive how the staff work together to assist customers; this definitely is team work. I must mention the above and beyond service we received from José Bobrén, Xavier Santana, José Sotomayor, Emilio De San Román (outstanding instructor), and another staff member David, (do not have his last name) who assisted over the telephone while he had our computer for repair. We are so impressed with the service, we decided to pay extra and sign up for individual system classes for one year. We cannot go wrong, my husband and I appreciate the patience and kindness and dedication all these amazing guys are providing.
    Respectfully,
    Ana

  11. I was in Chicago ,on business and my Surface computer DIED. Luckily the Microsoft store was right around the corner from my hotel at the Shops of North Bridge on Michigan Ave.
The young lady behind the counter was extremely helpful in fixing my computer and could not thank her enough.
It was really refreshing to have someone address the problem so quickly unlike the APPLE stores when you have to have an appointment with a “GENIUS” for every matter no matter how easy it may be to fix.
Thanks again to the young lady who helped.
