Who doesn’t love ice-cream? Cookies and cream. Peanut butter fudge. Choc mint. Or good old vanilla. Ice cream has a way of soothing the woes of the world and making everything seem OK, if only for a few delicious minutes. What this quote says to me is that life is short and should be savoured. We are here for a good time not a long time, so enjoy the ride. And eat lots of ice cream!
