We had a wonderful dinner and our table server Stephanie K was excellent. We will definitely eat at Applebee’s again!!
I ate at Applebee’s , Neenah, Wi. and our server, Michelle D., was excellent. She was funny, and showed concern for our comfort -table of 4 ladies, in a booth-, she was quick, efficient with bringing the food ,and taking away the dishes when we were done. She checked on us several times for needs or additions to the meal.
My husband and I enjoy eating at the Applebees in Mundelein, Il north of Chicago.
Since he is on kidney dialysis he has to be careful when ordering out. The staff is
always helpful and informed about food preparation and suggestions like putting
sauce on the side and substitutes like rice for potato sides. Today Jacqueline was
very friendly and patient. We liked the choices for the lunch combos and the
portions were just right. Yes, we’ll come again. Dick and Muriel
On 9-9-2013 we ate lunch at Applebee’s . Usually we are very pleased with the food and service but this day was very different. The quality of thy food was was very poor. a big rib of the lettuce was sticking out of the sandwich and had rust on it. Who likes spotted lettuce? The bowl of soup had soup spilled down the side and the waitress served it as though nothing was wrong.. My chicken wrap had miniature squares of chicken, mostly lettuce and cheddat cheese, No Montery Jack as advertised.
We were very sorry that the restaurant had gone down hill . I*t will be a loss to us as well as them.
My husband and I just came home from Applebee’s after enjoying lunch. We thought the service was excellent. Our waitress “Dallas” at Applebee’s in Bellmore, New York, even suggested we might like the combination lunches and willingly was going to change the order my husband originally ordered. My husband stuck with his original choice, but appreciated her input. The food came quite quickly and I enjoyed my chopped salad and my husband a shrimp dish. The only small negative was that my coffee was not as hot as I would have liked but Dallas was very quick with refilling our drinks as soon as she saw they were empty. On a whole, we very much enjoy eating at Applebee’s and will continue to do so. Thank you.
As usual, we had an early dinner. Our visit and service was most pleasant .Our lovely waitress, Justine, made a couple suggestion to my husband and he was very happy with her suggestions. We plan on returning on Veteran’s Day.
Applebee’s is a great restaurant. I love their chicken oriental salad
