It’s easy to complete the REVS Entertainment customer survey. Visit survey.revs.ca and click the link for the survey you wish to complete. Then enter your email address, the Revs bowling center you visited and the survey number printed on your survey card. You should then enter your name, address, city, postal code, phone and date and time of your last visit. Next you can start rating statements about your last bowling experience. When you are done, you will be emailed a certificate for a free game which you need to present with your survey invitation to receive your free game.
