Albertson in Pendleton lacks the variety of items and products. Store temperature is always very cold. They never have enough cashier’s on hand so you wait in line most of the time. Staff is very friendly which is nice and makes you feel at home. They need to improve on having a larger variety of products and brand names available for purchase.
I dont go to albertsons very often but its always a nice experience to shop there
I buy just about all my meat at Albertsons in Missoula Montana, and take advantage of weekley specials, and coupons. Albertsons staff is always friendly. Once I left my wallet in my cart outside and was across town before I noticed, made the call and they found it and returned it to me, very thankful. Some items are priced too high for me to purchase (pet food, cereal).
We just started shopping at Albertsons. The employees are so friendly and always willing to help out. It’s a nice change from the other stores. Today, we bought some crab legs, they were the best we have ever had! We will definately be shopping at Albertsons from now, on. Keep up the team work, Albertsons. Your a cut above the rest! The Albertson’s on Spring St in Long Beach has the BEST employees working the Starbuck’s kiosk. I enjoy going there over any regular Starbucks location and it because of 2 main reasons…. they seem to know most of their regular customers and their lines are never long so the service is outstanding! Another nice thing about this location is many times I will go grab some fruit or bananas while they are making my drink and I’m ready to go as soon as I check-out. Finally, it’s nice to know that even though the work behind the Starbuck’s counter can be mundane the employees always greet you with a smile and engage in conversation on how things are going.
Larry in the wine department at Albertsons in Coronado CA is an excellent representative of your company. He is very courteous and professional.
Jason in the pharmacy went the extra mile to get me my medicine. Instead of sending me all the way to the valley he was diligent in getting the scripts cancelled and refilled at the store on north Nevada. He was kind and efficient. An asset to your team.
Brandy from the Corona store(foothill) exceeded my expectations!! even though the bakery did not have “our themed” cake Brandy let me send her a picture to her personal phone! my sons 5 yr lego cake turned out phenomenal!! I wish I can attach a picture of it! I highly recommend this bakery to all my friends and family!! Thanks miss Brandy!!
I love shopping at Albertsons not only because it’s close to my house but because the workers there are always full of joy and very kind. They’re always willing to help everyone and they do it with respect. Everything there is also very neatly stacked and organized which makes it easier and faster to find what I need unlike other stores that everything is mixed up or thrown on the floor. I give this store a 9.7 ! Keep up the good work

I regularly shop at Albertsons in Loveland, Colorado and I’m very pleased with their helpful and friendly employees. Doreen, whom I saw today, has been one of my favorite cashiers for the past six years. But all of the employees that I’ve encountered have been top notch! This is my number one “go-to” store, especially for the deli, produce, and meat departments. Keep up the good work!
I shopped at Albertsons on Allen Creek Road in Grants Pass, Oregon. Stacy at the flower and bouquet desk was extremely helpful. Her flower display always brightens my day.
Sam at Albertsons in Santa Clara (Eugene) is alert to needs of older customers. He seems to know when someone is having problems finding special items. He helps folks cross traffic areas to get to the parking area. He has always had a cheerful greeting when I’m arriving or leaving.
I shop at Albertsons in Morro bay, Ca. where Mike and Alma in the meat department are extremely helpful especially with the custom cuts we always order. It is truly a pleasure to shop there and be greeted with a friendly smile especially from Mike and Alma.
Would like to let Albertsons know of a disappointment I encountered on the last day of the Black Monopoly Tickets game (advertised as last day to obtain tickets was May 19, 2015). I shopped at Albertsons the morning of May 19, 2015, and purchased several items with signed posted that they were bonus items for the Monopoly game along with some other items I needed. When I went to check out, the Cashier informed me that they had no more of the Black Monopoly Tickets, (I should have received 8 with my purchases), and I also had an “instant winner” coupon which I should have received 2 more tickets. Had been playing the game since the beginning — always shop at Albertsons — and had not completed any of the sections in order to win something. This was certainly a disappointment! I don’t think I will be entering any more of the “games” Albertsons offers to keep customers shopping there. My daughter did not go to Albertsons on the last day (May 19, to redeem her “instant winners” or to purchase groceries to get more tickets, when I told her she would not be able to redeem or receive tickets. Just thought Albertsons may want to know about this.
